Wrong Goods Sent vs Product Not as Shown!

There is a major difference between these two issue definitions and getting it right to report the issue is the difference between getting the Fogbugz case issue to the right or wrong team. Getting it to the wrong team delays the fix for that issue resulting in this ‘Priority 1’ case having a detrimental effect on a potential sale causing impact on our customer.
 
So, the differences are:
 
  1. Product Not as Shown – When the correct item has been sent to the customer but they report there are significant differences between the spread image, single image and thumbnail compared to the item they received (this is not Wrong Goods Sent)

  2. Wrong Goods Sent – When a completely different item has been sent to the customer e.g. ordered a T-Shirt but received shoes
