Department Inboxes

When the message (>>SELECT DEPT INBOX<<) appears in the 'Assigned To' field...
 
It relates to...
 
(P1) Price - Incorrect Price Shown - Incorrect price on product/search page
 
(P1) Spread - Broken spread - Any broken spreads found on the site
 
(P1) Image - Broken/Incorrect images on product page/search - Broken thumbnail/front shot/back shot/zoom/detail shots on product page/search-image does not appear
 
The 3 Area Descriptions above require the Call Centre Team to decide which Department Inbox to assign the case to, see the following examples:
 
Broken spread on an older girls story > assign to the Kids_Inbox
Broken thumbnail shot on a furniture product page > assign to the Home_Inbox
Broken search image for Brands and Lipsy products > assign to the Label_Inbox
 
There are 5 Department Inboxes to choose from:
 
Kids_Inbox – All Girls/Boys/Newborn item issues
Womens_Inbox – All Women’s items issues
Mens_Inbox– All Men’s items
Home_Inbox– All Home items, Flowers and Gift Cards
Label_Inbox – All branded items including Lipsy
 
Simply type over the text already in the field with the appropriate inbox text and it will appear in the dropdown - select from the dropdown -  e.g. overtype with  Home_inbox and it will appear.
